International Enviromental Agreements: Not So Easy
FYI: This article is about the largest meeting of nations to date, to work out environmental commitments such as emissions levels. Reading it will give you a good picture of the difficult larger political and national issues involved, especially as economic development is so often perceived to be at odds with environmental protection.
